William Charles DeVinney

William Charles DeVinney, 85, of New Alexandria, passed away Saturday, May 13, 2023, at Excela Health Latrobe Hospital.  He was born February 28, 1938, in Greensburg to the late Simpson Charles and Dorothy (Cochran) DeVinney.  William served his country as a member of the U. S. Army  and was a retired school bus driver and farmer.  He is survived by two children, Loretta Altieri (Tony) and Clifford DeVinney; three grandchildren, Victoria Lewis, Tony Altieri Jr., Savanna Altieri; a brother, Dave DeVinney; his former wife, Wanda DeVinney; and his cat Stubbs.  Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at P.
