Tyler Scott Merichko

Tyler Scott Merichko “Nugs”, 29, of New Alexandria, passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at home.  He was born April 22, 1996, in Latrobe, to Scott A. Merichko and the late Jennifer A. (Olson) Merichko.  He was a self employed Landscaper.  Tyler loved working on his trucks and other peoples vehicles.  He was often the first person stepping forward to help anyone out.  In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, John A. and Frances H. (Sinemus) Olson; and his paternal grandmother, Barbara (Peltz) Merichko.  In addition to his father, Tyler is survived by two siblings, Dalton J. Merichko and Bailie A. Merichko; his paternal grandfather, James J. Merichko; an uncle, Jimmy Merichko (Kim) and their son, Josh; an aunt, Patty Peltz-Lesho (Steve); his dog, Dood; many cows; a cousin, Joell Olson (Jesse Sisco) and her children; a friend, Lisa Heasley (Bill) and their children, Cheyanne and Austin; a friend, Willie King and family; and numerous other friends and relatives.  Family and friends will be received for a memorial visitation from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at P.
