Sally Ann (Brown) Latimer, 81, of New Alexandria, passed away on February 6, 2015 at William Penn Care Center, Westmoreland in Jeanette. She was born May 9, 1933, in Pittsburgh, and raised in Wilkinsburg, the only child of the late Willard A Brown and Kathryn M (Geiger) Brown. In addition to her parents, Sally was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William A Latimer. Sally is survived by her loving family; daughters Victoria L Keith, of New Alexandria, Kathryn L Arden and her husband Matthew, of Anthony, NM, Amy L Arcuri and her husband David, of Boyertown, PA; son Willard R Keith and his wife Simone, of Raleigh, NC; grandchildren Emily, Philip and Timothy Arcuri. Sally was a member of the Church of the Open Door in Greensburg, where she had served many roles including church secretary, auditor and singing in the church choir. After retiring, she worked part time at Redstone Highlands Senior center where she was a favorite among the residents. She loved clocks that chimed, playing table games with friends and ‘piddling' with her plants. Friends will be received at the P. David Newhouse Funeral Home, 215 Church St., New Alexandria, PA 15670 on Monday February 9, 2015 from 10:00AM until time of service at 11:00AM. Services will be held at 11:00AM with Pastor Craig Pendl of the Open Door Baptist Church of Greensburg officiating.
