Raymond Joseph Savisky

Raymond Joseph Savisky, 84 of Greenwalt, PA, passed away Apr. 19, 2022, at his home surrounded by his family who cared for him.  He was born Oct. 11, 1937, in Greensburg, the son of the late Joseph and Violet (Lubash) Savisky.  Raymond served in the U.S. Army for three years.  Prior to retirement, he was employed at Walworth as a welder.  He was a member of St. Bartholomew Church in Crabtree. He was a member of Crabtree Social Club.  He loved to fish and hunt with his son.  He is survived by his wife of 59 years Rose Marie (Carsia) Savisky and a son Ray Savisky and his wife Lori.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Darlene Philbaum.  The family wishes to send a special thank you to the staff from Amedisys Hospice, special friends Zil, Chrissy, Mick and Kathy, special nephews and nieces Jim, Georgina, Hannah, Angela, Rich and Taylor.  As per his wishes, services and burial are private.  P.
