Lillian C. Lockard New Alexandria Lillian C. Lockard, 75, of New Alexandria, passed away peacefully in her sleep Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2019, in North Huntingdon. She was the daughter of Harry H. Lydic and Marie Elliott Lydic. She was born April 28, 1943. Lillian was a loving, caring person who liked to help everyone. She liked traveling and going on cruises with her husband, Tom. She liked making wicker baskets and playing bingo. Lillian also liked going out to lunch with all of the girls she worked with at Westinghouse. Lillian started working at Federal Laboratory, then Westinghouse for 29 years. She retired in 2005 with 29 years of service. She was preceded in death, along with her parents, by her husband, Tom; and her son, Scott. She is survived by daughter, Beverly and husband, Brian Vought, of Saltsburg; two grandchildren, Brian Scott, of New Alexandria, and James T., of Saltsburg; also a sister, Dora Kelly, of Latrobe; and her twin sister, Donna. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 20, 2019, at the P. DAVID NEWHOUSE FUNERAL HOME, 215 Church St., New Alexandria, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 21, 2019. The Rev. Dr. Grafton Eliason, of Community United Predsabyterian Church, will be in charge of services. Interment will follow in Union Cemetery, New Alexandria.
