Frank Randy Sheffler was born January 25, 1957 in Latrobe, PA to the late Charles and Jean Helen (Herchenrother) Sheffler. Randy passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. He is survived by four siblings, David Sheffler (Becky), Mark Sheffler (Brenda), Jerry Sheffler (Kathy) and Barbara Carney (Chip). A private service will be held at graveside at Union Cemetery, New Alexandria, PA. P.
