Christopher James Mallick, 42, of Melbourne, FL, passed away Monday, September 3, 2018, at his home. He was born February 5, 1976, Tarentum,PA, the son of Sharon M. Latimer of Cocoa Beach, FL and the late Randolph W. Mallick Jr. Christopher worked at Teletech as an Administrator of sales. He was a graduate of Cocoa Beach High School, and The University of Central Florida. Christopher loved Pittsburgh sports including the Steelers, Penguins, and the Pirates, but especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Besides his mother he is survived by his fiancée Janeth R. Palacios of Melbourne, FL; one brother Randolph W. Mallick III of Orlando, FL; niece Alexis M. Mallick of Oviedo, FL and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday September 9, 2018, at the P. DAVID NEWHOUSE FUNERAL HOME, 215 Church St., New Alexandria, newhousefuneralhome.com. A Blessing service will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home with the Monsignor Larry J. Kulick, J.C.L, VG as officiant. Additional viewing will be from 9 a.m. until time of last viewing and Prayers of Transfer, Monday, September 10, 2018 in the funeral home. Interment and committal service will be 10:30AM at New Alexandria Union Cemetery.
