Carlton Adlam age 74 years of William Penn Care Center, Jeannette, PA. He was born in Kingston, Jamaica November 15, 1937 to the late Rose Adlam. Carlton retired from Elliot Corporation in Jeannette where he worked in the maintenance department. Arrangements are private at his request. P.
