Cameron M. Murtland

Cameron M. Murtland, age 26, of Salem Township, died on Monday July 15, 2024. He was born on April 6, 1998, in Latrobe, PA, a son of Alicia M. (Merichko) Klingensmith and Michael R. Murtland. Cameron was a hardworking man who yearned to be successful. Cameron loved sports and was a great athlete at football, baseball, and track. He loved spending time with family and friends. He enjoyed working out at the gym, fishing, and hunting.Cameron was kind, funny, and caring - always willing to do anything for the people he loved. Cameron will be so deeply missed. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his five siblings, Madison R. Murtland, Zachary Klingensmith, Kayla Klingensmith, Skylar Murtland and Michael Murtland; maternal grandparents, Rose and Robert Merichko; paternal grandparents, Marilyn and Michael Murtland; his uncle, Robert (Erin) Merichko; his uncle, Cody (Nicole) Murtland; his aunt, Mary Jo (Robert Greece) Merichko; his cousins Madalynn, Brayden, Abrianna, and Gabriella; as well as numerous great aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Family and friends will be received from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Sunday, July 21, 2024, at P.
