Barbara Ann Vought

Barbara Ann Vought, 53, of New Alexandria, died Friday, Oct. 15, 2010, in her home, surrounded by her family. She was born Oct. 8, 1957, in Latrobe, a daughter of Dorothy Stine Rosborough, of New Alexandria , and the late Arthur Rosborough. Barbara was a housewife and a member of St. James Catholic Church of New Alexandria . Along with her father, she was predeceased by her sister, Carolyn Purvis, in 2010. She is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Robert D. Vought, of New Alexandria; three children, Robert Vought Jr., of New Alexandria, Jessica Vought, of Derry, and Jason Vought, of Greensburg; seven brothers and sisters, Estelle Anderson and her friend, Harold Shoop, Jerry Rosborough and his wife, Maggie, Pat Rosborough and his wife, Sue, Mary Kay Rosborough, Michael Rosborough, Regis Rosborough and his wife, Arlene, and Lori Scavnicky and her husband, Ken; also several nieces and nephews. Service at 2 p.m. Thursday at St. James Catholic Church in New Alexandria with Monsignor Lawrence T. Persico. Everyone go directly to church. Arrangements by P.
