Albert Boyd Baker, 72, of New Alexandria, died Monday, April 6, 2015, in Excela Health Latrobe Hospital. Born July 10, 1942, in Greensburg, he was a son of William Boyd Baker and Grace Smith Lauffer Baker. He was a retired truck driver from Latrobe Pallet. He was a Vietnam War veteran, having served in the Navy. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, William James Baker; and a niece, Pam Ford. He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Joan M. Baker, of New Alexandria; a daughter, Donna Baker and sons, Ryan and Crys; a son, Ken Baker and wife, Kate, and son, Evan, and daughters, Marcy and Erin; and many cousins. He touched so many lives and will be missed tremendously by his family and friends. Godspeed on your journey, Al. Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 11, 2015, at P.
