Agnes Bortz Nolan

Agnes Bortz Nolan, 71, of New Alexandria, died Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2011, at Oakhill Nursing Home in Greensburg . She was born July 30, 1939, in Greensburg , a daughter of Olga Eidemiller Hornock, of New Alexandria. She retired from Sears Roebuck and Company. Agnes was a member of St. James Catholic Church of New Alexandria . Agnes was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Agnes Eidemiller; her husband, James Nolan; and stepfather, James Hornock. She is survived by three children, Arthur Raymond Bortz, Deborah McCleary and Scott Bortz and his wife, Nicole; four grandchildren, Ernie, Brian, Raymond and Josie; two great-grandsons, Ernest McCleary and Shayne Patrick McCleary; her mother, Olga Eidemiller Hornock, of New Alexandria; and two sisters, Kathy Hoyman and Barbara Martin and her husband, George.
